Jessica Mack

QMHP- Therapist

My Bio

I believe that transformation can happen through a safe and compassionate environment with an attuned therapist. In my practice, I take time to understand each client as a unique person so that, together, we can forge a path towards where you want to be.

My therapeutic approach is best described as humanistic, as I like to collaborate with the strengths and potential of each person while helping clients align with what feels most genuine and true for themselves. I often use techniques from several modalities which are based on mindfulness, somatic interventions, and contemplative practices. I also support clients in developing skills to better manage life outside of therapy.

I received my BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. I am also 200-hour yoga certified, with a focus on restorative practices and breathwork inquiries.
