What Is Integrative Primary Care?

Integrative primary care focuses on fostering a collaborative relationship between the practitioner and the patient. At every stage, the patient has a voice in their treatment planning while the practitioner takes into account all aspects of the patient’s lifestyle.

The goal of integrative primary care is to provide personalized, evidence-based treatment that makes use of all available therapies, carried out with empathy, compassion, and skill.

We are proud to bring this type of care to our neighbors here in Forest Grove.
